Monumental is a photographic study of Cold War-era monuments, where once-grand symbols of ideology now dissolve into landscape and memory. Captured with a designer’s eye for form and space, each image reframes these brutalist relics as sculptural artefacts—strange, beautiful, and quietly surreal. The series invites viewers to consider how history endures not through narrative, but through the shapes we leave behind—and asks whether meaning fades with time, or simply changes form.
